HIGHLIGHTS Alginate/Chitosan is the second most abundant polysaccharide on earth. PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) potential to play adjunct roles in regenerative medicine. 3D printing grafts can increase wound healing capacity. Prospective of combining with different biomaterials promotes tissue regeneration.
